Old Navy ...

Claudia and Lauren wear their new very comfy, cotton dresses from Old Navy. Lauren also has that dress in dark pink. Emily got jealous and insisted on being in the photo too .. lol :)

Yes, see Calista casually flipping over ... she makes it look easy .. lol !! I tell you, whether it's your first baby or your 4th ... things like this make every parent excited ..

Calista flips over at 15 weeks old!

Yes, it's now officially dangerous to leave the little baby on the bed by herself .. she can flip over. *sigh* One minute she's facing the ceiling .. the next, she's on her tummy hollering .. hahaha :) I will post a video of her flipping over asap.

Giant cupcake??!!

Lauren posing with our GIANT cupcake ... NOT !! It's an Italian panettone .. lol ! Hubby and I love eating it but you can only get it at Christmas time. It's about 30 bucks or so (from Cold Storage) .. we bought quite a lot of cakes, cookies, sweets and chocolate for our Christmas party last year and so did not end up eating this (it was still sealed in the box .. expiry date in Oct 2009) ..

Got Lauren a new Leapster cartridge ... see her happy face .. lol :) It's not just a game .. it's educational and teaches Math concepts.

After the morning at Kidzworld ... poor Lauren, who's fair .. looked a bit like a lobster .. lol.

Doesn't she look cute though, all red like that? Hahaha !! Anyway, I slapped some California Baby Calendula Cream on her that nite and she was almost back to normal the next day !! Awesome stuff!!!

Another day with friends ...

Spent a couple of hours at Go-Go Bambini at Dempsey Road today with Melinda and her sons, Shane and Cadenn ...




Here's Claudia with Shane, the elder of the 2 boys ... :) They've been friends for a long time and both have fond memories of the time we all lived in the States ..

Kidzworld at the Singapore Zoo ...

Brought my girls to the zoo today ... not to see the blardy animals but to run around at the water play area in Kidzworld. Yes, as you can see from the first photo, we were there really early. We were one of the first 10 people at Kidzworld .. hahaha! Met up with my girlfriend and her kiddies ... :) the girls had a blast .. and my friend and I had a swell time too sitting around while the kids were splashing about ..



We were there at about 9.15am . Gosh, it's awesome to be there early ... it's not hot, it's not crowded.



Lauren needs a new swimsuit btw ... this one is so tight my maid had problems getting her into it .. hahaha! My maid only told me earlier this evening when I asked her ... will get her a new one soon :) She only wore this one like 3 times I think - bummer, man.

I can't believe my girl is 10 already ... time really flies. I can still remember when it was just the 2 of us (while Daddy was at work) and her favourite phrase for the longest time was "right, mummy?" ... Almost every sentence from her would end off with that ... hahaha! Stanley was so irritated.

Emily refused to go anywhere near the water .. beats me WHY, though .. lol. She was just content to hang around with me .. and to walk around with my maid.



Ok, Calista slept most of the time but when it started heating up near mid day .. she started fussing. My maid took her into KFC and she promptly fell asleep. Hahahaha ... She is an air-con baby ...

Awesome ...

:) at 3.5 months, Calista can lift her head off the bed when placed on her tummy !

At the pediatrician yesterday ..

At 14 weeks old, Calista is now 6.36kg and is 63 cm tall. Her head circumference is 41cm. She had her 2nd dose of Prevenar injected in one thigh and the 5-in-1 in another. Of course she hollered like she was being murdered. lol :)

The pediatrician was pleased that her neck muscles were so strong and declared her healthy and doing well. Yay! .. Definitely something every mother wants to hear ...

I was worried she would develop fever after the injections ... but so far so good, it's almost 1am and she is sleeping peacefull with no fever .. hope it stays this way .. we have a busy week ahead of us !!

At Vivo today ...

Decided to go to Vivocity to do some shopping. We went there for lunch then walked around for quite a while.







Calista was about to cry .. she wanted to be carried. Lol. Well, considering she had been sitting quietly in her car seat for such a long time ... I don't blame her ... :)

It's Boppy time !!!!

Yup, another photo of Emily napping NOT on her bed. I came home this evening with Calista from Snowger's house .. the "Dec2008 Mummies" had a gathering there and it was nice to have finally met all the mummies in person ...

Anyway, I walked into my hall and saw the little aunty asleep like this. *Sigh* Before you think my maid is a horrible child minder ... well, Emily is a stubborn child .. and if you try moving her, she'll kick up such a big fuss it's just better to LEAVE HER BE.

Off to the IT Fair ...

Taken yesterday at Suntec and Marina Square. Carpark at Suntec was full so we parked at Marina and had lunch at the foodcourt before making our way to the IT Fair ..

Lauren LOVES video games (we have the Wii) and computer games and handheld games (She has the Leapster 2 which Daddy JUST bought her from his recent trip to the States) ..


And the easiest way to get her to behave is to threaten her with NO games and she's instantly on her best behaviour .. lol.


sigh. Before I had kids, I swore I wouldn't use threats/bribes etc ...

So much for THAT PLAN.

Ah, yes .. another crime scene photo ...

Taken just minutes ago ...

It was a long day for Emily .. we got up early and rushed to church for the 9am service then a friend and her kiddies came over in the afternoon ... so the litte aunty missed her nap time .. (which is not fixed anyway .. the timing I mean) ... she happily played and then right after her evening shower, she settled down to draw and colour. I recently replenished her Crayola washable markers ... so she's been drawing happily. She hated the Stabilo washable markers I got her the last time (probably cos they're cheap .. DAMMIT)

One minute she was drawing .. and then next min ... (cue the theme song from the TV series "CSI") lol.

Since it was almost 7 ... I decided to just let her sleep ... and give her a bottle of milk if she wakes up later tonight ...

I want to watch !!!

It opens in theatres on the 13th of March .. I am a fan of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson ... will probably be taking my girls to watch this .. after all. it is a DIsney flick :)
