An afternoon at Sentosa

Daddy took us to Sentosa on Monday afternoon :) the girls LOVED it .. especially the cable car ride .. here are some pics ..

We had a quiet weekend .. didn't really do a lot .. firstly, I can't really walk all that much .. and there was nothing to do .. *sigh*
We visited a furniture store in Bukit Timah to see some bunk beds .. and while Lauren was in the loo, I took these photos of Emily sitting on these unique kiddy chairs they had outside the showroom ...



This is how u sit on it ... the top piece u remove to become a foot rest .. when not in use u put it together and it looks like a soccer ball or in this case above, a basketball ... quite neat !

Sorry the pics are blur ... my N73 pics are beginning to suck ... I need a new phone ..

And yes, Emily is wearing SOCKS with her Gap sandals .. the little aunty REFUSED to wear the said sandals claiming they hurt ... of course she said it in her own words ... she claimed they were "ow pain ..." after I put them on her .. lol! That's her excuse for ANYTHING that she doesn't want to wear .. be it a dress or a tee or as in this case, a pair of sandals which she obviously doesn't like for gawd knows what reason ...

Found a sheet of those kiddy tattoos somewhere .. I think it came with the Flik Flak Scooby Doo watch .. Lauren insisted that I put one on her cheek ... *sigh*



There u go ... luckily she's fair .. so the pink flowers showed up nicely :)

At play ...

We were at Marina Square for lunch on Sunday .. I also needed to get new pyjamas for Lauren at Mothercare so there we were at 11am after church ... Kiddy Palace has some outdoor toys out for the kiddies to play on so Lauren was happily pushing Emily on the swing ..

Then in the evening, I decided to take the girls downstairs to the playground .. they were really happy running around ...

The Hannah Montana craze .. sigh

We were at Robinsons yesterday when Lauren picked up this HM mike that plays the son "Best of Both Worlds" and also amplifies your voice while you sing along ... *sigh* of course, Lauren begged me to get it for her ..

The girls in their jammies ... Claudia has her High School Musical pjs on .. I have bought her some Hannah Montana stuff from Disney Online - .. more Hannah Montana clothes ... (hasn't arrived yet though)

Admittedly, the song "Best of Both Worlds" is catchy .. lol .. and Miley Cyrus is really pretty ..

Running around is DAMN hard work .. lol

Yup, it's Emily asleep at our coffee table .. isn't it hilarious? She missed her afternoon nap and was munching on a biscuit at around 5pm when I spotted her eyes fluttering shut. Kept asking her to lie down on the sofa but Little Miss Stubborn refused .. she finally couldn't take it and decided to lie down under the coffee table! lol !!
