Charlotte is growing

Charlotte is growing well. She turned 4 months old a few days ago and while I'm amazed she is growing so fast .. There is a part of me that feels she's always been with me. I can't imagine her not being with me. She may be baby number 5, but to me .. Every time I do this, it's like it's all new. It's a different experience every time.

Charlotte is 2.5 months old!

Time sure flies and Charlotte is already 2 and a half months old. She's very smiley and still enjoys lying in her swinging cradle and looking up at the mobile going around and around.





She also enjoys chilling out in her infant seat complete with soothing music. I love this seat. It's like a Papasan for infants. And since it's from the Fisher-Price Zen collection, the colors are green and brown .. Love it!





I've also gotten her a Graco swing. She hated it at first now she's fine in it.





Hubby of course asked me how many more kids we were having since I bought all these baby gear. Lol.

In the world of Calista ..

Calista watching Tweenies with her brolly on the sofa. I don't even want to know how much bad luck this is. Lol. You try explaining "luck" to a 2 year old.

Other quirks of Calista ...

She doesn't say "ba-na-na" she says "ba-na" and "pa-pa-ya" is "pa-pa". Lol.

And her absolute favorite song of all to sing? "Happy Birthday" except when she sings it, it's "Happy to you" ... Lol.

The zoo

Yes, we were at the zoo again today. We have the zoo membership, so we might as well make it worth the subscription I paid. Lol!

Time flies

And Charlotte is already 6 weeks old. By far, she has been quite an easy baby to take care. And her cries aren't very loud. She of course loves to be cuddled and held and I love doing that. She sleeps with me. And love having her with me. She is happier and calm and able to sleep through most the night waking up just once to nurse then promptly knocking out again. I am indeed blessed! She is a lovely, peaceful and calm baby!

Calista's favorite iPhone app

She loves it and plays it quite well. She also loves the ladybug one where it copies your voice etc just like Talking Carl but she likes this one a lot.

Stuff we did in Dec ..

Well, seeing as how I was pretty much ill a good 2 weeks of December, I tried to make up for it. That's cos I know come end January, with the new baby .. I'll be homebound for awhile.

Sigh ..
