Emily likes tinkering around with her camera. It's a Little Tikes kiddy digital camera. Good for little hands to hold but the button to take the pic is kinda tough to reach ..cos it's in the front - it's the silver one u see in the above pic. Kinda dumb right?

Ah yes, my really vain daughter ... see her sparkly slip ons? It's still too big for her yet she insists on wearing it.

Calista commando crawls at 5.5 months old ...

Shucks, I am running out of places to dump the little baby in. She cannot sit in her bouncer or rocker or swing anymore cos she keeps trying to sit up. And I just discovered she cannot sit in her Bumbo seat too cos she can wriggle her way out of it - I nearly had a heart attack seeing her.

So I'm left with the walker. Bummer, man.

And now I also witnessed the little aunty commando crawling on my bed ... darn, now I really really cannot leave her unattended ANYWHERE. Not even for 2 secs ! .. I watched her "crawl" to my phone in just a few secs .. one minute she was safely in the centre of my king sized bed .. the next, she was near the edge.

FINALLY ... it's walker time ..

I went out and bought Calista a walker yesterday cos the little girl absolutely refuses to lie back in her swing, rocker and bouncer .. she tries to sit up so she ends up leaning to one side akwardly.

All of my girls did the walker thing and it did not impede their walking ... in fact, Lauren walked at 10 months and Emily at 9.

Calista is super happy that she gets to sit upright and move around ..

My girls and I bade a sad farewell to our maid of 3 years. She left for Indonesia on Sunday. We sent her to the airport for the 3rd time last nite after dinner (she has gone home every year for a holiday while she was with us). It was a tearful goodbye for me cos she has been my faithful right hand man and my girls love her dearly. Our new maid is the one standing next to Claudia. She sure has big shoes to fill.

Ok, so I was dying of thirst after our shoot and since we were in Chinatown ... and my parking coupons were expiring, I decided to just have a quick stop at the coffeeshop nearby and get us all something cold to drink ...
