1) crawl quite fast so it's dangerous to leave her unattended on the bed even for a minute.
2) go from a crawling to sitting position quite proficiently so one minute she's on her back smiling at you .. then she's crawled somewhere to pick up something that caught her eye ... and the next, she's sitting down playing with it.
3) starting to pull herself up to a standing position and is trying to balance herself unaided for a few seconds at a time.
Daddy let her stand on our dining table and let go .. she stood like this for a good few seconds before she toppled over .. hahahahahahah !!
We're waiting to see if she can break Emily's record of walking at 9 months ... Lauren did it at 10 .. Claudia at 14 months.

oh wow! she's fast! and she looks so tall..
aqeel can leopard crawl pretty fast but i guess his bum is too heavy to lift and crawl properly. lol! i'm gonna try the standing unaided bit tomorrow.

That's really quick! My ger is still grabbing on to the cot rails for her dear life when standing... Har har... :P
